At RDFN, every piece is designed with care - but if something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to help.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if you’ve received a damaged or defective product.
Please note that only the product cost will be refunded - shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Eligibility
Our exchange window lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
⚠️ Important: Once the RDFN tag has been removed, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) may only qualify for a partial refund or rejection of exchange.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
Sale or discounted pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchange Process
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or approved after inspection.
Once your returned item is received and reviewed, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your new item will be dispatched within a few working days.
Note: Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
How to Exchange
Email us at support@rdfn.shop with your order details and reason for exchange.
Ship your item to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
Time Frame
Exchange or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Processing begins once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
